The Family & The Crew

Life at home is as vibrant and full as ever. Between managing a busy household with my kids, grandkids, and furbabies, the energy stays high! Life with our dog, Molli Mae (the Pitbull-Dalmatian powerhouse), and our two 3-month-old kittens, Smokey and Ryver, keeps everyone on their toes—ensuring there’s never a dull moment around here.

The Beats & The Persona (e$$V) On the creative side, the music is dropping fast. Under my stage persona e$$V, I’ve been crafting high-energy electronic, future house, and synth tracks designed to move crowds and set the mood. From fresh singles to upcoming digital listening experiences, the audio engine is fully fired up.

Real Estate & Creative Deal Structuring

In the market, I’m actively evaluating properties, multi-family opportunities, and creative seller-financing structures. Whether you are looking to position a deal, partner on opportunities, or tap into innovative real estate strategies, I’m always open to talking numbers and getting viable deals across the finish line.

The Weekly Podcast & Live Show

Starting in September, we’re going live every Friday night at 10:00 PM MST with our weekly live podcast panel and game show.
